The Pro plan ($9.99/month or $79.99/year) removes all daily limits and adds unlimited price alerts, priority support, and early access to new features.
SmartShop AI is currently available as a Chrome extension. It works on any Chromium-based browser including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Opera.

No. You can install the extension and start comparing prices immediately without creating an account. An account is only required if you want to save tracked items across devices, receive price drop email notifications, or subscribe to Pro.
Very accurate for the retailers we officially support. Prices are fetched in real-time when you visit a product page, so what you see reflects the current listed price at that moment.
One important nuance: we show the listed price, which may not include shipping, taxes, or seller fees. Always check the final checkout price before making a decision. We're working on showing total landed cost estimates in a future update.

The extension only activates on product detail pages at supported retailers — it won't appear on search results pages, category pages, or on sites we don't yet support.
If you're on a supported retailer's product page and the widget still doesn't appear, try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, please contact our support team with the URL — we investigate every report.
No. SmartShop AI only activates on product pages at supported shopping sites. It does not read, record, or transmit any data from other websites you visit. We have no visibility into your general browsing activity.
On supported product pages, we detect the product title, price, and URL to power the comparison feature. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers beyond what's needed to fulfill your request.
Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Our business model is subscription revenue — we have no incentive to monetize your data.

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings page — no hoops to jump through, no cancellation fees. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period, then you revert to the Free plan.
